Pemahaman Feminisme dan Gender dalam Islam melalui Pendekatan Tafsir Maudhu'i

Abstract

Abstract : Feminism is a social movement that seeks to achieve gender equality through the rejection of discrimination, oppression and stereotypes related to gender. This study uses a qualitative approach with literature analysis and secondary data collected from academic sources and related research reports. This research sheds light on the history of the feminist movement, including its early struggles for basic rights such as the right to vote, the right to education, and the right to free speech. In addition, this research also reviews the progress made by the feminist movement in creating social change that is more inclusive and just. The research focus includes the role of feminism in changing people's perceptions of gender, promoting economic equality, overcoming gender-based violence, and promoting public policies that favor gender equality. The results of the research show that feminism has made a significant contribution to social change and awareness of gender injustice.
