Penyuluhan Pencegahan Stunting Di Desa Cibugel Kabupaten Sumedang

This community service activity aims to increase community knowledge and understanding in preventing stunting. The service method is carried out through counseling to provide information regarding stunting prevention. In this counseling, situation analysis is carried out, pre-tests and post-tests are given to assess the knowledge of the counseling participants. The sample from this counseling consisted of 40 mothers who had babies and toddlers. The results of this outreach show an increase in mothers' knowledge regarding stunting prevention before and after receiving outreach information regarding stunting prevention.

The problem of corruption in Indonesia is increasingly widespread. The impact of corruption can damage democratic values, morallity and social rights so that there needs to be preventive action in the form of planting anti- corruption values for all levels of society, especially in early childhood. Therefore, an anti-corruption behavior socialization was held for students at MI Darussyifa Al-Musri 1 which aims to give them an understanding of the basic principles of anti-corruption and how to apply them in everyday life so that they can build an anti-corruption personality as the nation's successor. The methods used in this activity were material exposure through presentations and video shows, discussions, and questions and answers. The results of this study show that students are able to identify anti-corruption behaviors based on the material and videos that have been shown previously so that it can be said that this activity meets the indicators of program success. Through this socialization activity, students are increasingly aware that corruption is not only a legal case that causes the state to lose money but all forms of fraudulent acts and by applying anti-corruption values it is hoped that it will suppress the habit of corruptive behavior in any form. The implication of the results of this study is that students know the acts of corruption that occur in everyday life and are encouraged not to do so in the future.

This classroom action research aims to determine the application of the card sort method in improving student learning outcomes in the Fiqh subject material on purification after menstruation in class IV MIN 5 Ciamis in the 2023-2024 academic year and to determine the increase in student learning outcomes after applying the card sort method in Fiqh subject material on purification after menstruation in class IV MIN 5 Ciamis for the 2023-2024 academic year. This research was carried out at MIN 5 Ciamis using the Kurt Lewin model of classroom action research method which consists of three cycles, each cycle consisting of 4 stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research population consisted of 51 students with a sample of 25 students. Research data was obtained by means of documentation studies, observations and tests, by testing the hypothesis that the indicator of success of this research is if the average score of students reaches more than 80%, experiencing learning completeness and performance indicators reach a score of more than 80 for the results of observing teacher activities and student activities. The results of this Classroom Action Research are that the application of the card sort method can improve student learning outcomes in the Islamic jurisprudence subject regarding purification after menstruation in class IV MIN 5 Ciamis for the 2023-2024 academic year. This is proven by the increase in student learning outcomes from 44% to 88% experiencing completeness in learning. Then the results of observations of teacher and student activities increased from 78 to 86. So by implementing the card sort method you can improve student learning outcomes.

This community service activity aims to help improve the welfare of families with disabilities in order to be able to improve their business. Poverty in families with disabilities has become a major problem in poverty eradication in Indonesia. A person with a disability and their family still often facing stigma and discrimination in society, which can complicate daily life and limit their employment opportunities. Thus, this community service is by providing business capital to disabled families in the Lebak area. The YPAR (Youth Participatory Action Research) method that we will use in community service programs with collaboration between lecturers and students. This community service activity has been able to encourage families with disabilities to improve the quality of life by providing access to work and as an effort to increase the independence of family members who have disabilities which can be done through the provision of business capital.

We analyzed various related articles, books and reports published in recent years to present a comprehensive picture of how digital societal empowerment can be realized and measured. We also discuss the role of information and communications technology (ICT) in increasing community empowerment, as well as the social, economic and political implications of this phenomenon.

This community service activity aims to empower underprivileged families, particularly focusing on women as heads of households, through business capital assistance. The study uses a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach to identify and support needy families in lower-middle economic environments. The team selected three families, with Mrs. Sarinah chosen as the primary beneficiary due to her urgent needs. Mrs. Sarinah, a skilled cook, struggled to start a business due to insufficient capital and debt burdens. The program provided her with funds and resources to establish a small stall selling "Pecel, Jus, and Various Drinks" in East Jakarta. The process included fundraising, purchasing necessary items, and continuous monitoring and evaluation to ensure the business's success and sustainability. The program has successfully increased Mrs. Sarinah's family income, proving the effectiveness of the empowerment initiative. This case study highlights how targeted support and collaborative efforts can significantly improve the welfare of underprivileged families, enabling them to achieve economic independence and better living conditions.

The implementation of the political neutrality policy of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) is crucial for maintaining TNI's integrity and professionalism in Indonesia's dynamic political landscape. This article examines the implementation of neutrality policy at the Special Forces Command Training and Education Center (Pusdiklat Kopassus), focusing on political involvement, political rights of TNI members, and the effectiveness of neutrality policy. The study adopts a qualitative approach with a case study methodology, gathering data through interviews, observations, and document analysis. Findings reveal that Pusdiklat Kopassus has integrated neutrality training into its curriculum, coupled with rigorous internal oversight to ensure policy compliance. However, limitations in the political rights of TNI members may affect neutrality implementation. In conclusion, this article recommends strategies to strengthen neutrality policy to safeguard TNI's professionalism and integrity amidst Indonesia's dynamic political context.

Effective and Accountable Bureaucratic Governance at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of West Java Province has become the primary focus in enhancing the performance and responsiveness of local government institutions. Grounded in the principles of good governance, this improvement aims to enhance public service delivery, increase transparency, and ensure efficient resource management. This paper discusses concrete steps that can be taken, such as recording Members of the DPRD's travel reports, plenary meetings, and distributing materials for regional regulation socialization (Sosper), as well as developing effective internal oversight mechanisms. Collaboration among stakeholders is also crucial in achieving these optimization goals. It is hoped that the outcomes of this study will positively contribute to bureaucratic reform and improve governance at the local level.

Poverty has become a common problem that is being faced by developing countries in particular. Poverty is caused by several factors such as lack of employment opportunities, insufficient salaries to meet living needs and low quality of life of the community. Women who are the backbone of the family are the ones who feel the most impact. Therefore, this empowerment program is focused on helping to improve the economic welfare of female heads of families by providing business capital in the Bekasi area, West Java. The method implemented in this empowerment program is PAR (Participatory Action Research), which can help students to be actively involved in the empowerment process from finding partners, stakeholders, designing programs, etc. The results of this empowerment program showed that although Mrs. Asih had experienced a decrease in income because she had not sold at her stall for a long time, Mrs. Asih earned an income that could meet her daily needs.

The purpose of the author conducting this research is to find out how the implementation of the PANGKASEPNA policy at the Office of PT PLN (Persero) Central Java Transmission Main Unit, with descriptive qualitative research methods, the results of this study indicate that the PANGKASEPNA policy at the Office of PT PLN (Persero) UIT JBT has been established and implemented since April 10, 2023 with the aim of identifying and reducing waste in the production and operational processes, as well as optimizing the use of available resources. By using the dimensions according to Edward III, namely, communication, resources, disposition or attitude of implementers, and bureaucratic structure. In implementing the PANGKASEPNA policy, the Ranger Leader who leads the COC (Code of Conduct) will fill in material regarding the efficiency of BPP and NAC which is then realized through all employees, then weekly evaluations will be carried out (supervision and evaluation of AO absorption), and guidance will be given by the HST Head Office division in controlling operational costs. In addition, the NAC component at the Office of PT PLN (Persero) UIT JBT is divided into four aspects including consumption costs, SPPD, stationery purchases, and printed matter. Thanks to the implementation of the PANGKASEPNA culture, the Office of PT PLN (Persero) UIT JBT received the best business unit award in the category of budget management and reporting.

This article aims to find out how the work process, strategy implemented by the Secretary of the West Java Provincial DPRD in improving the efficiency of work processes and bureaucratic governance, The main focus of this strategy is an in-depth analysis of existing workflows, the application of information technology for automation and digitalization, human resource development, effective financial management, and compliance with applicable regulations and policies. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with the data collection process carried out by means of document studies, interviews, direct observation and document studies that can help the running of this research process. With 3 informants as employees at the Secretariat of the West Java Provincial DPRD. So by implementing this strategy, it is hoped that a faster, more efficient, and transparent work process can be created, as well as better bureaucratic governance. This article also highlights the importance of effective communication of teamwork in achieving common goals to improve organizational performance. The results and implementation of this strategy are expected to improve services to the community and strengthen accountability and transparency in the management of public administration.

This research focuses on optimizing operational costs for using fuel oil (BBM) at PT PLN (Persero) Central Java Transmission Main Unit. In an effort to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs, this research analyzes the factors that influence fuel use. The methodology used includes analysis of historical data on fuel use. The results of the research show that there is a good cost management process so that maximum and ideal results are achieved by utilizing the cooperation of the SPBU 3440240 main office to meet maintenance profits. Thus, this research aims to enable PT PLN (Persero) to make efforts to reduce operational costs and increase the efficiency of fuel use, which is expected to have a positive impact on the company's overall financial performance.

The research method employed is descriptive analysis, collecting data from various relevant sources. Findings from this research indicate that the use of social media can enhance the effectiveness and responsiveness in bureaucratic workflow processes, as well as provide broader access to the public regarding information and activities conducted by the West Java Provincial DPRD leadership. The implications of this research provide a basis for the development of more efficient and targeted communication strategies in the context of bureaucracy governance in the West Java Provincial DPRD.
