Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word
  • Where available, URLs (Uniqe URL such as DOI prefered) for the references have been provided.
  • The text is 1,15 spaced; uses Book Antiqua font and a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Overview
These author instructions cover how to prepare a manuscript for submission as well as details on the types of articles accepted for publication. Refer to the "about" section for further information regarding the journal's rules and the review process.

Types of Articles
We accept:

  • Original Research Article
  • Conceptual Paper

Original Research Article

An original article should present an overview of cutting-edge research in a topic relevant to the journal’s scope. It should be well-organized and easy to understand.

Word Limit
6000 words (excluding abstract, tables, figures, graphs, and references).

Author’s Names and Institutions
Include names, institutional affiliations, and emails, without academic or job titles.

Abstract
Maximum: 250 words, written in a single concise paragraph. It should provide a structured overview of the research, including context, objectives, methods, findings, and conclusions, without using headings. The abstract should be directly relevant and informative for the reader.

Keywords
Provide 3-5 keywords that accurately reflect the core content of the article.

Main Text
Use the IMRAD structure:

  • Introduction
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Discussion

References
Use APA 6th edition style, managed through Mendeley Desktop or Zotero.

Tables, Figures, and Graphs
If any, follow the illustration requirements found in the Manuscript Template.

Formatting Requirements
Apply the guidelines located in the Manuscript Template.


Full Structure of an Original Research Article

Title
The title should be short, clear, and informative, not exceeding 20 words. It should focus on the issues discussed, with no uncommon abbreviations.

Abstract
Provide a concise paragraph of no more than 250 words, summarizing the research's context, objectives, methods, findings, and conclusions.

Keywords
Select 3-5 relevant keywords.

Introduction
The introduction should:

  • Place the study within a broader context.
  • Define the research’s purpose and relevance.
  • Review the current state of research and highlight knowledge gaps.
  • Conclude with the study’s objectives.

Methods
Include:

  • Study design
  • Setting
  • Data collection and analysis methods
  • Ethical considerations

Results
Present the research findings clearly, ensuring they directly address the research questions. Use cohesive paragraphs rather than excessive numbering.

Discussion
Interpret the findings in the context of previous research. Discuss key findings, strengths, limitations, and implications for future research.

Conclusion
Provide a concise summary of the main findings, addressing the research objectives. Offer suggestions for future research.

Acknowledgments
Acknowledge any support provided.

Conflict of Interest
Declare any conflicts of interest. If none, state "The authors declare no conflict of interest."

Funding
Disclose any financial support. If no funding was received, state "No funding was received for this research."

References
Cite sources according to APA 6th edition. Use 80% of references from journal articles or research from the last five years.
