Reviewers play an important role in maintaining the quality of the LOBBY Journal. Therefore, reviewers must ensure that good research is what deserves publication. Usually the reviewer is tasked with evaluating:
1. Is the paper original?
2. Is the methodology used scientifically correct?
3. Does the paper follow proper ethical guidelines?
4. Does the paper have results that are clearly presented in support of the conclusions?
5. Does the paper accurately refer to previous relevant work?

Reviewers can make decisions, even recommending to editors with several options:
1. Accepted; without revision.
2. Revision; The author is obliged to revise the article regarding the specific issue before the final decision.
3. Resist; with a note that further revisions may provide opportunities for resubmission.
4. Reject directly; with basic considerations of specialist interest, lack of novelty, inadequate conceptual progress or technical problems.
