The Journal of Reksakerta is a legal academic journal that provides a platform for students and young scholars from Bachelor’s (S1), Master’s (S2), Doctoral (S3), and Postdoctoral levels to showcase their research and contributions in the field of law. This journal gives priority to Islamic Law and provides a dedicated space for works related to this field, followed by Private Law, Public Law, and International Law. We aim to provide an opportunity for students to articulate their legal thoughts and contribute to the development of legal scholarship, offering a platform where emerging scholars can express their ideas and engage with established legal theories.
