Author Guidelines

The Journal of Reksakerta is a platform for legal scholarship, publishing peer-reviewed articles focused on legal issues. Submissions should contribute original research to the field of law and must align with the journal’s standards for academic rigor.

1. TITLE AND SUBTITLE

• TITLE: The title must be CONCISE, KEYWORD-RICH, and CONTEXTUALLY CLEAR. It should reflect both the TOPIC and METHODOLOGY/REGIONAL FOCUS while avoiding redundancy or informal language.

• SUBTITLE (if applicable): For Indonesian articles, provide a concise subtitle in ENGLISH to clarify the topic further.

2. AUTHORS AND AFFILIATION

• FIRST AUTHOR: Name, Affiliation (e.g., university or institution), and email address.

• SECOND AUTHOR: Name, Affiliation, and email address (if applicable).

• CORRESPONDING AUTHOR: Clearly mark the corresponding author with an asterisk (*).

• Ensure that all authors are listed with their affiliations and respective emails.

3. ARTICLE HISTORY

• RECEIVED: Date of submission.

• ACCEPTED: Date of acceptance.

• PUBLISHED: Date of publication.

4. ABSTRACT

• LENGTH: 200-250 words.

• The abstract must be STRUCTURED:

  • OBJECTIVE: State the primary aim of the research.

  • FINDINGS: Highlight key outcomes.

  • CONCLUSION: Summarize the broader implications of the findings.

5. KEYWORDS

• 3-5 KEYWORDS that focus on SPECIFIC LEGAL CONCEPTS. Example terms include constitutional law, intellectual property, etc.

6. INTRODUCTION

• Start with a SPECIFIC LEGAL CONTEXT, focusing on a debated issue or recent legal development (e.g., amendments in legislation).

• Clearly define the RESEARCH QUESTION and specify its scholarly value.

• Clearly outline the OBJECTIVES of the research.
