Peer Review Process
The research article submitted to this online journal will be double-blind peer-reviewed at least by 2 (two) reviewers. The final decision of the acceptance or rejection of the article is made by Editor-in-Chief based on the comments given by the reviewers. Screening of plagiarism will be done utilizing by Turnitin. The accepted research articles will be available online following the journal peer-reviewing process.
Some policies in the review of KJRT:
- Reviewers will review any submitted paper.
- Review process employs a double-blind review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa.
- In the review process, reviewers consider the correspondence of title, abstract, discussion (findings) and conclusions. Beside, reviewers also examine the novelty, scientific impact, and references used in the paper.
Submission Proses

2. Administrator Check (one week)
- Maximum Turnitin Result 20%
- Appropriate Scope
- Journal Enclosure Style (IEEE)
- Rejected or Sent to Editorial Board
3. Editorial board check (three to four weeks)
Checking the suitability of articles with four indicators: Articles that enter the review stage have at least 3-4 of the following elements
- Change
- Controversy
- Trends
- Emergency
Which is connected with the main theme of the journal ( See Focus and Scope )
4. Rejected or Sent to Reviewer
5. Reviewer Stage (one until six months)
- Blind Review
- There are at least two reviewers
- Editorial Board Stage (one to four weeks)
- Assessment of the review results will be carried out by the editorial board
Rejected or Revision
6. Editorial Board dan Editor Advisory Stage (one to four weeks)
Assessment of the results of the Revision will be carried out by the editorial and advisory editors
7. Rejected or Sent to Editor in Chief
Editor In Chief (two to four Weeks)
Decide whether the article is accepted or rejected after receiving input from the Editorial Board and Advisory Editor.
8. Rejected or Sent to Administrator for Copy Edit and Proofread Stage
9. Copy Editing Stage (one week)
- The author checks the article's final draft and completes the administrative requirements.
- Proofreading Stage (one week)
10. Final check before publishing when a professional proofreader has proofread it
11. Publish
