Vol. 1 No. 1 (2025)The inaugural issue of IHDINA Journal for Islamic Counseling and Psychotherapy marks an important milestone in the development of scholarly discourse on Islamic guidance, counseling, and psychotherapy. This first volume presents selected articles that explore theoretical perspectives, empirical findings, and practical applications of counseling and psychotherapy grounded in Islamic values and integrated with contemporary psychological approaches.
The articles in this issue address current challenges and emerging trends in mental health, counseling practice, education, family and community development, and spiritual well-being within diverse socio-cultural contexts. Emphasis is placed on ethical practice, methodological rigor, and the integration of Islamic principles with modern counseling and psychotherapeutic frameworks.
Through this inaugural publication, IHDINA Journal for Islamic Counseling and Psychotherapy aims to provide a credible academic platform for researchers, practitioners, and scholars to contribute to the advancement of knowledge and professional practice in Islamic counseling and psychotherapy at both national and international levels.
