Article Polecy
- Article Withdrawal
Authors may withdraw their articles before the peer-review process or during the review process if there are valid reasons, such as data errors, methodological errors, or duplicate submissions. Withdrawals can only be made with a formal written request to the editorial board, accompanied by clear reasons. Once the article enters the final review or publication stage, withdrawals are not permitted except in extraordinary circumstances approved by the Editor-in-Chief.
- Article Withdrawal
Articles are retracted after publication if violations of academic ethics are found, such as plagiarism, data manipulation, fake research results, or copyright infringement. The Editor-in-Chief will retract based on the results of an investigation that may involve authors, reviewers, and related parties. Retracted articles will remain available online with a clear “RETRACTED” marker and accompanied by the reason for the retraction to maintain academic transparency.
- Article Removal
In rare circumstances, a complete removal of an article from the journal archive may be necessary if it contains unlawful content, such as hate speech, libel, violation of privacy rights, or a court order. This removal is only based on valid legal considerations and will be replaced with a public statement that the article has been removed in the interests of the law.
- Article Replacement
An article replacement may be done if the author republishes a version of the article that has been substantially revised due to critical but unintentional errors (such as technical or statistical errors) that do not lead to ethical violations. The new article will replace the previous article with a clear revision note, while the original version will remain accessible with a note that it has been replaced.
