This journal is an open access journal, published by The Comparative School of Law Program, Faculty of Sharia and Law, State Islamic University of Sunan Gunung Djati, Bandung Indonesia. This journal is published twice a year (June and December) with E-ISSN xxxx-xxxx and P-ISSN xxxx-xxxx. This journal accommodates scientific writings from the academic community, researchers, students, and practices in Islamic law and law that have good values and high rationality. The focus of study in this journal is on the comparison of Islamic law, both in the study of classical jurisprudence and contemporary, including also the study of the 4 products of Islamic law: jurisprudence (fiqh), legal opinions (fatwa), legislation (qanun), and court decisions (qadha).
