Qanuniya : Jurnal Ilmu Hukum is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal that publishes original research articles, literature reviews, and scholarly opinions in the field of law. Published biannually in June and December, the journal aims to provide a platform for scholars, legal practitioners, and researchers to advance legal science and practice at the national and international levels. The journal covers a broad range of legal topics, including but not limited to Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law, Business Law, Labor Law and Industrial Relations, Cyber Law, Intellectual Property Law, Environmental Law, and Islamic Economic Law. It also welcomes interdisciplinary and comparative legal studies that align with the development of contemporary legal thought and address global legal challenges.
All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure academic quality and integrity. Qanuniya accepts submissions in Bahasa Indonesia and English and is fully committed to the principles of open access, providing free,ed online access to its content. The views expressed in the articles are solely those of the authors and do not represent the views of the editorial board or the publishing institution.
